Adriana Broadstone, licensed massage therapist.

She is a 2001 graduate of Floyd Central High School. Prior to becoming a massage therapist she spent four years in the Air Force as an EMT. Adriana received her massage therapy degree from Suncoast II School of Massage in Tampa Florida. Adriana is experienced in hydrotherapy, hot stone, deeptissue, sports and Swedish massage.

Custom Full body Massage: $65/85
A combination of different massage techniques to promote overall relaxation, improve circulation, induces lymph flow & relaxes muscles. Customized to meet your individual needs. 60/90minutes

Hot Stone Massage: $75/95

Applying hot stones on the body increases the temperature of the skin and muscle tissue to improve circulation and calm the nervous system. As a result, hot image034stone massages are deeply relaxing and act to rebalance the body and mind. As the superficial muscles relax, a therapist can also massage the deeper muscles. The heat of the basalt stones release muscle tension faster than a classic relaxation massage. 60/90minutes

Deep Tissue Massage: $75

image046Deep penetrating massage that reduces chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep pressure techniques on the constricted areas. The focus is in the deeper layers of the muscle tissue. 60minutes

Sinus & Headache Massage: $35

A special blend of aromatherapy oils are massaged into the scalp and image036face. Cool tea bags are placed on the eyes to reduce swelling and help open sinus passages. This technique relieves headaches, neck and sinus pain. Can be added to any service. 30minutes(Please note oil is used in the hair.)

“I saw a flyer while getting my massage at Strandz about a “Mini spa & Lunch" & thought it would be fun for a Christmas treat for the Joslin Center staff. But, of course, we couldn't get 22 ladies out to lunch for one hour!  So, we had the salon come to us! Our first mini-spa was in December ‘08.
