Strandz Salon and Threadz Boutique

“I saw a flyer while getting my massage at Strandz about a “Mini spa & Lunch" & thought it would be fun for a Christmas treat for the Joslin Center staff. But, of course, we couldn't get 22 ladies out to lunch for one hour!  So, we had the salon come to us! Our first mini-spa was in December ‘08. The staff had chair massages, hand paraffin dips and hair styling tips with catered lunch. It was a huge success! The thank you notes kept coming. Everyone felt so pampered & loved the attention. So, for Christmas 2009  did an "encore".  We really had to, or the new staff, who had heard all about the "spa day" would not have forgiven us! This has been the most talked about & appreciated Christmas present ever!”
